Founder & Chairman — SWRF

Sheikh Sami Ullah Al-Madani is a humanitarian leader and founder of SWRF, dedicated to serving humanity with integrity and compassion. He studied at the Islamic University of Madinah and benefited from the blessed environment of Masjid an-Nabawi. His work focuses on transparent, impactful, and sustainable welfare initiatives for communities in need.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

With deep respect and sincere humility, I present SWRF – Sami Welfare & Relief Foundation as an institution founded upon faith, responsibility, and structured compassion. SWRF was established to protect the dignity of vulnerable families and to serve humanity through disciplined governance, transparent financial stewardship, and measurable impact. Every program we undertake is guided by accountability, integrity, and the sacred trust of Amanah.

Our vision is to build a lasting humanitarian legacy — one that unites compassion with institutional excellence, and generosity with governance.

We are committed to setting a global standard in humanitarian service, where every contribution is honored, every action is accountable, and every life we touch reflects the values of dignity, trust, and sustainable impact.

We respectfully seek the honor of partnership in advancing sustainable relief and dignified support for those most in need.

“The likeness of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is as the likeness of a grain that sprouts seven ears…” (2:261)

Divine Wisdom on Charity & Social Justice

In the Islamic tradition, Sadaqah is not merely an act of kindness; it is a profound spiritual transaction that purifies the soul and sanctifies one’s remaining wealth. Through the pillars of Zakat and the voluntary grace of giving, we manifest the Prophetic teaching that “Wealth is never diminished by charity.” By supporting the vulnerable, we invite Barakah (divine blessing) into our lives and build a legacy that transcends this world, creating a continuous impact for the Ummah and the Hereafter.
